Shipping information:

• National and International orders are all sent via Royal Mail
• Usually it takes up to 7 working days for us to process orders from the time of receiving your payment, then + the turnaround for your chosen delivery method - 

1.UK standard Shipping 3 - 7 business days delivery. 

2.UK Tracked First 3 - 5 business days delivery.

3. International standard shipping 10 - 20 business days delivery.

4. International tracked shipping 10 - 20 business days delivery.

• Delays caused by delivery providers can happen and this is out of our control, so please ensure to place orders well in advance of when you require them.
• If you do not receive your order in the timeframe expected please feel free to contact us. We can provide you with proof of postage receipts

Or tracking number if available and will liaise with Royal Mail to investigate if/when necessary. 

• It is your responsibility to provide us with a correct shipping address. This address will be copied and pasted to the order’s delivery label. 
• If a package is returned to us due to failed attempted delivery / nobody available at recipients address, then to re-arrange delivery to an alternative address then you will need to pay for this cost again via PayPal.

Returns Policy:

• Please be aware that every order is quality checked by us upon packaging.
• If you have a problem with how your order is received then please email us ( spirutts@hotmail.com ) within 30 working days with photographic evidence, your name, description of the problem and order reference. We will then investigate the problem further to action accordingly as swiftly as possible.
• If we deem returning the product to us is necessary, before you return products to us, please ensure the postal address is correct, as we can not be held responsible for item(s) sent to an incorrect address.

Refund Policy:

• If you have a problem with how your order is received then please email us within 30 working days with photographic evidence, your name, description of the problem and order reference. We will then investigate the problem further to action accordingly as swiftly as possible.
• If a refund is deemed necessary then the funds will be returned to the same account you had used to make your purchase, within 7 working days.
• When applicable, we can send an exchange item instead of a refund, if there is a suitable product available for a price that matches the original purchase.
• Spirutts™ does reserve the right to reject refund requests if there is insufficient cause to refund a purchase.
